Happy Valentine’s Weekend!

Please see below our Valentine’s storing and reheating instructions:

· All or only some of these instructions may apply to your order.  

​

· Keep all dishes refrigerated until ready to reheat or serve.  

​

· If there are leftovers, everything may be refrigerated for an additional 2-3 days (for best results). 

​

· Since ovens and stoves vary and heat differently, please use our guide as rough suggestions.  

​

· When in doubt, please follow your personal preferences.

SAVORY DISHES

​

Organic Manicotti

Pasta is partially cooked, everything else is fully cooked.  Two parts: one container contains the stuffed herb cheese manicotti with ratatouille and tomato basil sauce.  A smaller container contains the pea cream.  Warm the manicotti in the existing pan in the oven at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until warm in the center.  Warm the pea cream over low heat in a sauce pan.  Once the manicotti is heated throughout, remove from the oven, transfer onto plates.  Garnish with pea cream.

Organic Wild Mushroom Alfredo

Pasta is partially cooked, everything else is fully cooked.  Warm Alfredo sauce in sauce pan over low-med heat until warm.  Add pasta and mushrooms to the sauce until noodles are warm.

Organic Cheeseboard

Fully cooked and enjoyed chilled or at room temperature.  Re-toast focaccia and toast in the oven at 350F for about 3 minutes; keep everything else chilled or room temperature.

​

Organic Corn Chowder

Fully cooked.  Warm the chowder over low heat in a sauce pan.  There is very little water content in this chowder.  This can burn easily if cooked too quickly or on high heat.  Simmer on low heat until warm in the center.  Pour into a soup bowl and top with corn/relish garnish.  This soup may not like a lot, but it is incredibly filling and rich.  A little goes a long way!

Salads

Add dressing to salads when ready to enjoy.
