Mohinga Noodle Soup: organic Burmese
noodle soup full of anti-inflammatory goodness.  All organic
ingredients: extra-virgin olive oil, onion, shallots, garlic, leeks, sweet
potatoes, ginger, turmeric, kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass, tamari, sesame
oil, Vero water, sea salt; Brown rice noodles (brown rice, seaweed, filtered
water); Toppings include lime, cilantro, scallions, roasted peanuts, crispy
onions (onions, extra-virgin olive oil), chili sesame oil (red chili flakes,
garlic, sesame oil, sea salt).

salad to keep me feeling my best!  All organic ingredients: lacinato
kale, arugula, red bell pepper, yellow bell pepper, orange bell pepper,
carrots, purple cabbage, purple kraut, pumpkin seeds, hemp seeds, avocado,
carrot ginger dressing (sesame oil, sunflower seeds, carrots, ginger, onion,
lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, sea salt).

Anti-Inflammatory Wellness
Shot: 

This particular wellness shot has helped guests wean off arthritis
medication by taking 1 shot per day.  (Results may vary
person-to-person.)   All organic ingredients: ginger
cold-pressed juice, apple cider vinegar, turmeric.
