100% organic ingredients: almond flour, house-milled oat flour, coconut sugar, extra-virgin cold-pressed olive oil, local/heirloom carrots, cold-pressed apple sauce (apple pulp, water), coconut milk, tapioca flour,  cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, vanilla extract (water, alcohol 35% extract, vanilla bean,) apple cider vinegar (certified organic, raw apple cider vinegar, purified water), flaxseed, baking soda, sea salt.

Organic Vanilla Cream 

100% organic ingredients: coconut meat, extra-virgin cold-pressed coconut oil, cashews, coconut cream, coconut milk, Lancaster maple syrup, vanilla extract (water, alcohol 35% extract, vanilla bean), sea salt

Organic Coconut Pecan Caramel 

100% organic ingredients: brown rice syrup, maple syrup, almond butter, pecans, shredded coconut, arrowroot flour, apple cider vinegar (certified organic, raw apple cider vinegar, purified water), vanilla extract (water, alcohol 35% extract, vanilla bean), sea salt

Organic Blueberry Cream

Organic Cream Cheese Buttercream 

100% organic ingredients: P.S. & Co. house-made cream cheese (cashew, lemon juice, coconut oil, vanilla extract [water, alcohol 35% extract, vanilla bean], cocojune yogurt [coconuts, water, tapioca, vegan probiotic cultures], powdered sugar (cane sugar, arrowroot starch), coconut milk (coconut, purified water, guar gum), vanilla extract (water, alcohol 35% extract, vanilla bean), sea salt

Contains coconut, oats, almonds, cashews, pecans, coconut and olive oil. 100% organic, plant-based, gluten-free, corn-free, soy-free.

Allergen Information

Buyer must acknowledge all allergen concerns before purchase.  We do not offer refunds due to undisclosed allergy concerns or improper storage of our products. 

All goods are made in an organic, gluten-free, plant-based kitchen, in which nuts, soy and corn may be present in our kitchen.  There is a possibility of cross-contamination.  We are not an allergen-safe kitchen.

Storage Information

All of our cakes, cupcakes, and baked goods must be refrigerated overnight or until served. Leaving at room temperature compromises the taste and quality of our cakes. 

Baking mixes must be stored in a cool, dark environment or refrigerated.  

Our products are custom made to order.  Due to the perishable nature and food safety standards, all sales are final.  We stand by our products and do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or anything free. 

Cancellation & Refund Information

There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all custom orders placed through psandco.com. In the case of a cancellation, if your order has not been started yet, your method of payment will be refunded minus the $25 non-refundable deposit and processing fees, which we cannot recoup from our credit card processors.

Orders can only be refunded (less the $25 deposit) if they are cancelled before our pastry team starts creating your custom order. If the order is already in process we are not able to cancel or refund the order.

We politely decline modifications and/or refunds due to not reading ingredient descriptions, improper storage/handling, or for orders placed without a minimum 7 days notice. 

We are unable to refund orders that are already created and ready for pick-up.

Orders not picked up on the day as scheduled are not eligible for refunds.
