100% organic, gluten-free, egg-free, vegan, free of dyes and artificial ingredients
Every part of our cakes is made in our garden kitchen by our talented pastry team.
We source organic flours (also certified gluten-free), organic maple syrup and organic coconut sugar by default unless noted. We also use organic cold-pressed extra-virgin coconut oil and olive oils.
**Our cakes must be refrigerated until ready to enjoy. Remaining slices should be stored in the refrigerator**
We require 7 days' notice for custom order cakes & cupcakes, but may be able to rush orders.

DESIGN INFORMATION
Our passionate pastry team led by Pastry Chef, Katie Dyer, creates beautiful cakes for your memorable celebrations.
If you have a custom design request in mind, please select "Custom Design Request" and our attentive Custom Experience Team will guide you through the design and ordering process.
If you do not have a specific design request, please select "Chef's Design".
- Our cakes & cupcakes are hand-decorated by our pastry chef.
- Product photos are for reference. Not all design elements will be available at all times (sugar work, edible flowers etc).
- For custom design cake requests: Please note your design requests in the "Order Instructions" field at check out.
- We will include your request in your confirmation email. If the design request is not available, we will include alternate suggestions.
P.S. & Co. uses organic superfoods colors. All cakes are decorated by hand using whole food ingredients. We do not use conventional ingredients, artificial coloring, fondant, edible paper, printing, or other artificial design elements.

We cannot substitute or swap ingredients in our recipes.
These cakes, cupcakes & baked goods are not suitable for those with nut allergies.
Cakes, cupcakes, baked goods, and all perishable items must be stored cold until ready to enjoy.
Each cake is hand decorated by our pastry artists.

ORDERING & CONFIRMATIONS
Cake orders may be scheduled for pick up between 10am - 7pm (Tues - Fri), 9am - 7pm (Sat) or 9am - 4pm (Sun)
We require a minimum of 7 days for cakes & cupcakes. Minimum 3 days for cookie "cakes"
Ingredients lists are available for all of our cakes & desserts on each product page. Please review ingredients lists before placing your order.
After your order is placed, we will send a confirmation email from our custom email, custom@psandco.com.
If you do not see the email in your inbox within 24-48 hours, please check your spam inbox.
If you're in a hurry, email custom@psandco.com before placing your order, and we let you know if a rush order is possible.
Please email with any order/time changes as soon as possible.
By placing your order through psandco.com, you are agreeing to all of the terms, conditions, & policies in our "Custom Order Information" including refund, modifications, & cancellation policies.
MODIFICATIONS, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
There is a $25 non-refundable deposit for all custom orders placed through psandco.com. In the case of a cancellation, if your order has not been started yet, your method of payment will be refunded minus the $25 non-refundable deposit and processing fees, which we cannot recoup from our credit card processors
Orders can only be refunded (less the $25 deposit) if they are cancelled before our pastry team starts creating your custom order. If the order is already in process we are not able to cancel or refund the order.
We politely decline modifications and/or refunds due to not reading ingredient descriptions, improper storage/handling, or for orders placed without a minimum 7 days notice.
We are unable to refund orders that are already created and ready for pick-up.
When in doubt, please contact us before placing an order.
Orders not picked up on the day as scheduled are not eligible for refunds.
