What you need: we recommend organic ingredients. Use what you have available.
- 3 cups (709 g) Brazil Nut milk (or any plant milk
- 1 + 1/4 cup (260 g) coconut oil
- 1 Tbsp + 1 tsp (14 g) vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup (80 g) maple syrup
- 1 + 1/4 cup (280 g) water
Procedure –
- Mix the ground flaxseed with water, let rest for a few minutes.
- Whisk together all dry ingredients in a bowl.
- Whisk together all wet ingredients in a separate bowl.
- Combine dry and wet.
- Turn on the waffle maker to level 5 and let it heat up.
- Let the waffle batter rest for 10 minutes before use.
- Then spray the waffle maker with EVOO.
- Use the blue scooper to scoop 1 1/2 scoops of batter into the waffle maker.
- Set the timer for 10 minutes. Check waffles are evenly cooked. you may need additional 3 minutes.
