Refunds:

We politely decline refunds. 

Our shipping carrier no longer insures orders due to theft or weather,

and can no longer guarantee delivery times. 

As a result, we are unable to add on additional insurance to insure your order arrives.

(i.e. doorman, office building, stay-at-home neighbor, etc.)
